Message from the School Manager
The Small School recently underwent our school inspection with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) and received a 'full assurance' 5 year registration for our original years of schooling, Years 2, 3 and 4. Full assurance 5 year registration is the highest level of registration that can be received from NESA.
Our new application for additional years of schooling was also approved and in 2020 we will be offering Kindergarten, Year 1 and Year 5 as well as Years 2, 3 and 4.
We have also received Council approval to increase our student numbers to 25 in 2020. The Small School is growing!
The small team at TSS has put in incredibly hard work getting our new school off the ground. Thank you to our dedicated team of teachers and mentors - Katie, Ellie, Sue and Marc, our wise and committed School Board and our brave and vibrant children and their parents. Our first 12 families, our early adopters this year, put their trust in us and they will always have a special place in our hearts.
We are looking forward to our next chapter! It is a wonderful experience to build our school community, with children's voices at its heart.
